Seriously though, one of my professors calls me Mary. Now they've all had trouble with my name, that's fine, I'm sure they've never heard it before. At least most tried or got somewhat close, Mr. Coolguy just gave up completely and called me Mary, THE WHOLE CLASS. Now, it's cool that it's like a joke, hahaha, but he could've at least asked me what name I wanted to be called. Also, he could've tried to get MY NAME.
And as if that wasn't annoying enough on the way back to our apartments two of the girls start telling me how Sociology is just bullshit and we pull everything out of our asses. Hmm, ok Poli Sci I can see how everything you study is so legit. Apparently we get everything wrong. Now I will say that we could easily bs and people would buy into it, but a lot of the research is legit and helps in organizing public programs and city planning and what not. So.. take that! And in all fairness later she did admit that Poli Sci majors eff things up too but clearly our interests are in different places. So we drank wine. The end.

Funny - you always did seem like a 'Mary' to me....Steve says when you get older they can call you Hairy Mary. He says that's what his students call him.
We are LOVING your blog. You're a funny writer. Something to fall back on in case that Sociology thing doesn't work out.
I was on a flight to Minneapolis this week and watched my 'How I Met Your Mother' dvd. I thought about how much you and Liv love the show. Barney is legen....wait for it....dary!
