You should be embarrassed.

We went to a rugby match this evening. So fun. I'm going to go against my American heritage yet again (I don't like hamburgers, and am not a cowboy) and say it's better than America football. I know. Terrible. I'm an atrocity and should be embarrassed at myself. I just think its much more fun to watch. It was fun to be surrounded by Irish people drinking beer and watching Rugby. I felt like a real Irish person. It was nice. We then went to an European Business School party. 1. Drinks were very expensive 8 euro for screwdriver! 2. The music was so loud you couldn't hear anyone talk 3. Everyone spoke different languages so it was hard to understand each other anyway. We hung out for awhile but headed home pretty early. When you live out in the stix you have to catch the last train home.. at 12:30... They don't believe in late night public transport around here..

On another note, the shameless use of sunless tanner in this country is terrible. They're orange! And no one seems to care. It doesn't look natural. You're a very white people. Just stop. Many women also wear foundation that is far too dark and orange for their face. I find myself staring a lot. And thinking about the place they live, and if there's a mirror in this place, and if there is, I assume they have to get ready in the dark as to not wake others. That can be the only excuse. When your check is 7 shades darker than your neck you should realize there's a problem or be embarrassed.
