I have started the newest phase of my life. I moved to Florida for the summer!! I'm working as a youth intern at First Prez Deland. Now you may have many question for me. Like, how did you get this job? (luck) Are you getting paid? (yes) Why do you like children? (Missing brain cells) Do you want mine? (I'll pass). And, all of these are valid, but, I think the best question is "who are you living with?" I'm so glad you asked. I will be living with the Florida Napiers (the Uncle and Aunt). Now, they love me so much, they forced their very own children who are their flesh and blood to switch rooms (they love me most). Now, this means that Dani and I will be sharing a rather small space. It'll be great. There's only like 4 feet between our beds. Only 4 feet to conquer to annoy her. I also was planning on seeing how many days in a row I can go without showering before people around me stop pretending not to notice. It's a little surprise I have in store for her. She'll be so pleased. It'll be like a dorm room all over again, but, with a house attached! Also, I fit almost all my clothes in 4 drawers. This is a stinking big deal (and yes, they are organized by color).
Now, I'm going to try to start this blog business up again. I'll pretend that people actually read it and are interested. I won't hold anything back. You can hear about my crazy nights at the bars, the drinking the smok..wait. No. I think this go 'round will have slightly different stories than Ireland. Slightly. Hopefully my smashing prose will captivate, and fascinate you. Leave you hanging on every last word, waiting with bated breath (I just had to google the correct spelling of that saying) for my next entry. But, never fear, I will do my best to feed your appetite and give you something to do at work (Don't pretend you don't love distraction) but if your boss catches you, you just make him read this, and he'll be hooked too. Maybe there can be a Karlene reading time, pizza should be involved, and lattes, probably not together though. Unless you're into that sort of thing. But, I would frown upon this.
I'll tell you more about the goings on of the job and my life, when I found out more about it. Picture a big blank white board. This is my life. It's just waiting to be filled in with all sorts of pictures.
